Wow... just wow. Things have really gone by quick this summer, and it's all winding down now. Most schools have already gone back to school, mine goes back the 4th of September, the day after Labor day.

I'm a little nervous, and things are just going to quick, my final year in high school... then off to college with me - and the worst thing is that I don't know where I want to go and I'm not even totally sure of what I want to do even though I think I do know...
o well what are you gonna do.

Once again, it's been a long time since I've been on Deviantart, let alone submitting anything or updated my journal...
I'm sorry I've been so neglectful to deviantart, I don't know why that is, I've been drawing and haven't posted or colored anything until a recent discovery of a contest on Gaiaonline (that I've been spending way to much time on lately). :sweat:

So much has been going on lately, I had considered getting a job before the start of vacation but then never got one, but it ends up that I didn't have time for it anyway because I've been so damn busy - and still going. I've been to my grammy's and I painted, primed, sanded, moved heavy furniture, and everything else while I was there - I painted 2 and 1/2 rooms and a closet, let alone the drawers and beraus (sp?) I painted, and everything else I did there. I've thrown a party, and prepared for my mom's cousin, Gary, to visit the week of father's day. Then I was hanging out with friend's at the begining - which was great! I miss them.

I'm going to be going to my memere's this coming sunday until thursday - the day of my surgery to get my wisdom teeth out. I've been painting and priming and painting here, too, for the past week and a half, preparing for wood floors to be put in downstairs (and we're still not done - I've been sanding and priming windows for the past few days downstairs). I have to get all this done before I go to my memere's this sunday.

I have a hiking trip at the end of the month, that I'll be gone for several days! I'm excited for that at least! I still have to go shopping to prepare for that - but my friend who is supposed to go with me has been too busy with her boyfriend that I haven't heard anything from her since I called two weeks ago and I sent two emails with the details about it three weeks ago.... she finally wrote a very short email back a couple of days. I'm still waiting for her call though. So I've been upset about that.

Anyway, on Gaia, I've met this girl Nikki who is very nice and we have become very good fast friends. She is really nice, she's been talking to me a lot and she really does care about me - she definetly shows it, lol. I luvs you Nikki.
And as for the contest, its kinda inspired me to do more for art, and I wanted to make two entries for it but I haven't even had time to during the day to finish the first one. I have a drawing of the second one started too, and I highly doubt that I'll be able to finish it because I'm gonna be gone until a day after it ends -and I'd probably be not in the mood or state of mind to do it after I got back on thursday anyway because of the operation for my wisdom teeth.

Anyways, sorry to rant and rave, I just wanted to update everyone who decides to take the time to read this, and I appreciate it. I'm really sorry that I haven't been an active member of deviantart either for such a long time, I'll try to change that soon.

Hey! I'm finally back!..... well, somewhat atleast. It's been so long since I came onto Deviantart, and even longer since I last updated my journal.

Both Kelley and I decided that we needed to update our journals yesterday, which she did yesterday and I am doing now finally.

So much has happened, I almost came on and wrote a jounal entry once in November just to vent because all this stuff that was going on....

Right the day after Halloween, November 1st, I came home after going to a friend's after school, to find out that we had been burgularized. Everything of any value was taken that they had time to take, I was thankful that at least my upstairs wasn't touched, aside from the fact that I really don't even have anything of that great of value. But it was a huge and upsetting blow to my mom, Hank, and myself, a very traumatic and scary experience coming home to that. We had the sick feeling of being vandalized, and the strange thing is that the night before, Halloween night, we had just celebrated (in a way, just the three of us) Halloween, had some quarky moments and made some fun food and kind of dressed up.... I know, strange, but you know what I don't care it was fun, we had quite a few laughs and were happy.
Eitherway, the cops did absolutely nothing about it and like a month after the incident, and we had been hanging on to a piece of possible evidence that may have helped found along the side of the road and finally threw it out, the cops all of a sudden ask us if we have any evidence that may help to tell them after we had just tried to get them to take it like a month before. They were absolutely useless, a total disappointment,
After that we got an alarm system.

To put things lightly, since the incident, things seemed like they were only going down hill... and really are maybe only starting to get somewhat better.

Just the past month has been really stressful because of a giant english paper that is due the 27th that weighs like 40% of our grade. And the past two weeks sucked, things keep happening....

Well, hopefully things will get better... I hope. They must eventually. Right now I'm atleast in a pretty good mood anyway. But so many things have happened, good, bad, and strange.

Sorry this was more like a vent journal, but it was atleast an update finally.

So I've been back to school for a little more than a month now. Things have been going alright so far, I've been more ontop of my homework (so far).

I actually went to homecoming this year ... but it wasn't anything all that special though, IF you know what I mean. I went with my friends :Kerureyu08icon: and :Minichi-01icon: and we left within an hour or so, and then we left and went back to their house with Tyler and they all WOWed for a long time and I just kind of watched.

In the mean time an old friend of mine, Josh, who moved down to Florida in the begining of July, after school had ended; called Kelley and talked to her until she just handed the phone off to me because he called her all the time after he moved, and so he talked to me a little bit. You see the thing is that he hasn't called me once since he has moved and so I have kind of been hurt by it, especially when he called while I was at Kelley and Lori's. Oh well, what are you going to do, he may have only acted like he was my friend, I don't know.

Anyway, the final big event of my recent life was that I went to the Cumberland fair with my friends Lori, Mary, and Tyler, it was pretty fun. But the way I started off my weekend was with Hank (the father-like figure in my life) calling me a bitch friday night, and then my mom telling me "Fuck you" Saturday noon-time. But, either way I got to go the fair and hang out with my friends, see the animals, split fair food, listen to music, and go on rides with them. I also got a really pretty necklace at one of the little tent set-ups they have. It is so pretty!

Anywho, those are the few highlights of my life lately, including the homecoming dance. Ain't life grand.

OMG!!! ......

Oh, I am updating my journal partially because two of my friends got on my case about not updating it for so long and told me that I should, so here it goes....


I honestly can't wait.. only one more day, and then I get to see all of my friends. I am pretty damn excited! I'm thinking that I might try to stay after school the first day and hang out with my friends.

I went school shopping and got everything that I think that I am going to need. As for clothes.... I actually got two new pairs of shoes which kind of shocked me, especially considering what the other pair are. I got a pair of sneakers like I always do (and that is it usually), but this time I got a pair shoes that are like a boot style, they are really cool, I like them a lot. Anyways, aside from my shoes I got two new pairs of jeans and two tank tops. So to say the least with the shirt situation though, I am not doing well, I really didn't get anything. I had gone to Khols and didn't have that great of luck finding shirts that I really liked.... UNTIL!!! when we were going to the cashregister and I spotted a rack with a bunch of shirts on it that I actually liked (but it was too late.) Oh well.

I had my friend, Brandy come with us on my shopping trip and then she spent the night and we were up until 3am and her mom was picking her up at 10am (even though she was a half hour late, lol.)
